When I install a system will someone contact me when it’s due for a service?
At Aqua Filter Products our service database is paramount to our business and we greatly value and appreciate our clients loyalty to us over the years. For this reason we have invested a lot of time and money into the very latest (CRM) Customer Relationship Management software which enables us to accurately record all information about our clients, their systems and their service requirements. At the recommended or appropriate time clients are contacted to remind them that their system is due for a service and a suitable booking time is made over the phone.
I have just moved into a house with a system but I am not sure if it needs servicing or what brand it is?
That’s ok , because we service all brands regardless of who installed them or what make and model. At Aqua Filter Products we not only offer a Nationwide *Free In-House service but we also will do a *Free In-House check of your system (no obligation), from there we will either advise you of the replacement filter costs and or we can service your system on the spot for you. *where practical
Should I replace the filter myself… it looks easy?
Most people don’t bother when they find out that we provide a Nationwide Free In-House service through our fully mobile franchisee’s. As part of our on-going service you get a reminder call when your system is due for it’s filter replacement, plus when you deal with Aqua Filter Products we can guarantee you will not only get the very best service but you will also receive the very best quality products. As part of our Free In-House service your system will be fully checked over to ensure it’s integrity then flushed and sanitised to ensure you receive the full benefit of your system. As one of our on-going customers you’ll continue to receive our Free In-House service year after year which mean’s peace of mind.
How long will a carbon filter last?
The life of a carbon filter depends on the type of filter you have and what you are filtering there fore the life of a filter depends greatly on the water quality. A carbon filter can be used for chlorine taste and odor reduction as well as other types of reduction such as lead, cyst, or other contaminants. If the carbon filter is saturated with chlorine taste and odour and other organic contaminants, it may lose its ability to remove any more contaminants from water. However, this depends on the level and type of contaminants in your water.
When should I change my filter?
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions which typically state the life of the filter in litres of water treated or time in use, whichever comes first. Additionally, when water flow decreases, this is another indicator that the filter must be changed.
How much will I pay?
Aqua Filter Products operates with one retail price on all our cartridges and we offer a Free In-House service (where practical) throughout New Zealand through our fully mobile Franchise network. That’s right you only pay the price of the cartridge and you receive our comprehensive service which is second to none, completely free!
