Installation
When you install a new system insist on Aqua Filter New Zealand’s trusted name in water filtration and start enjoying the benefits of clean, pure, great tasting water. Why use Aqua Filter?At Aqua Filter we not only sell an extensive range of quality water solutions but we also provide installation on all our products through our experienced nationwide Franchisee’s. All our Franchise’s are locally owned & operated and they are fully mobile so we come to you! All our systems are installed in a professional manner and backed up with our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Should I install it myself or get a plumber to do it?We love the good old Kiwi DIY attitude but in this case what sometimes can take 15-30 mins can and has taken some of our customers 3+ hours and even then we have been called out to fix a leaking seal or loose tap. Yes some of our customers do ask if they should use their own plumber especially when he is already going to be onsite installing pipe work for their new house or kitchen, however our network of installers are able to install the unit quicker, in most cases because they are familiar with our product range. How much will I pay?We have a fixed price (nominal) for the installation of *most of our systems, The price is the same right throughout New Zealand through our franchise network, plus rest assured that there is no travel fee, or any other hidden costs to be added. Where do you install the system?This depends on whether you purchase a Point of Use system (POU) or Point of Entry system (POE) with our (POU) systems these are generally installed Under Bench and they connect to the nearest cold water feed and the unit generally sits at the back of the cupboard out of site. If the unit is a portable system this will be connected externally to your normal Hot/Cold taps on top of the bench. With all our whole house or larger (POE) systems these are located on the main feed coming into the house etc... with a pressure pump supply this system would always be installed on the outlet side of the pump. Want Peace of mind?When you use Aqua Filter to install your new system you benefit from the fact that most of our franchisee’s have over 10 years experience in our industry. This amounts to well over 100 years of combined experience within our network which ensures peace of mind for you the customer. Plus all our Franchisee’s are required to have their own Public Liability Insurance cover should the need ever arise you will be covered. |
